F-Chalet

F Chalet offers its residents the opportunity for ultimate relaxation in a modern dwelling.

4 Cubes

4 Cubes combines upscale residential comfort with the luxuries of modern living. This design maximized the utilization of the land while at the same time providing a view for all of the units to enjoy.

J Villa

This is a 400 square meter residential home located in Fanatis. The design features a private villa with 3 additional apartments, each occupying an entire floor.The long axis of the villa’s bears the entrance and car parking of the home owner on one end and that of the tenants on the other end.

Z Compound

In this project, MASS Architects were commissioned to design a series of low cost townhouses for rental in the Al-Sadeeq area while at the same time maximizing space usage and also espousing the elegance of modern architecture. Spanning a total area of 4,000 square meters, the plot was divided into ten villas, each of which contain two townhouses measuring 200 square meters. Each townhouse boasts private parking and four bedrooms. There is also enjoy a hanging garden area in the first floor, thereby allowing the tenants to enjoy some greenery amidst the suburban surroundings. The façade of these villas are unique, in that the engraved pattern illuminates at night to imbue a pleasant, homely feel to these modern villas.

H Compund

, the goal of this project was to develop a set of low cost private villas, which could be rented or sold later on, while at the same time providing comfortable, modern accommodations to its residents. Each villa is 375 square meter and consists of 2 floors.
