4 Cubes is one the earliest designs by MASS architects, combining upscale residential comfort with the luxuries of modern living. This design maximized the utilization of the land while at the same time providing a view for all of the units to enjoy.
Located in the prestigious Al Zahra area, this residential building covers a 2,000 square meter area and comprises four house blocks. Each cube consists of 6 duplexes rendered on a 500 square meter plot, with a sparkling swimming pool and outdoor garden area and for each apartment. In addition, the residents of each apartment are entitled to a 2 car parking space and can enjoy a common gym and recreational room for exercise and relaxation. Access to each cube is from the rear, thereby ensuring that each unit can enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding area.
