H compound is a block of separate villas located in AlSadeeq. Commissioned by a private investor, the goal of this project was to develop a set of low cost private villas, which could be rented or sold later on, while at the same time providing comfortable, modern accommodations to its residents. Each villa is 375 square meter and consists of 2 floors. It features four master bedrooms, a daily living and a reception area and a small service basement. Each villa also enjoys a back garden with a swimming pool and private parking space. The interior of the villa is unique in that it features an internal garden that is open to the first floor. This not only provides a view for the residents, but also offers them an option to replace that area with an elevator in case the owner constructs another floor.
