J Villa

This is a 400 square meter residential home located in Fanatis. The design features a private villa with 3 additional apartments, each occupying an entire floor. The long axis of the villa’s bears the entrance and car parking of the home owner on one end and that of the tenants on the other end. This simple design utilizes the surrounding setbacks in the plot to its full advantage; it maximizes available car parking area while at the same time providing a space for a large garden in between, which can be viewed from the home’s common area. The fence of the building provides privacy for its residents but is operable and alternatively can be retracted to make the front garden area an extension for the common area in case of social gatherings
