MASS was established in 2012. Lead by architects Mohammed Abdullah & S. Sulaiman Esmaeili, it is a specialized architectural firm which continues to grow.
MASS offers a wide range of professional services including architectural design, lighting design, landscaping and architectural supervision.
MASS approaches design with a clear understanding of clients’ requirements as we work with them to identify their needs and provide the best design solution. Our ultimate goal is to help create their dream projects.
MASS DESIGN PROCESS
SCHEMATIC DESIGN: At this stage our team provides different design solutions for the project, highlighting its different advantages and disadvantages in terms of space, cost and durability.
INSPIRATION: Defining clients own personal preference and tastes in terms of overall style, materials and over all special experience that influence the lifestyle of the owner.
DESIGN CONCEPT: The first stage where the client’s dreams meet reality, and we further explore the advantages and disadvantages of the design approach. Our team is cautious to align the architectural design with its constructability, budget and building costs.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: The step where the design becomes a building and is visualized in a 3D form that is coordinated with structure and services.
WORKING DRAWINGS: This step refers to integrating and coordinating all the mechanical, electrical, structural and plumbing systems with the architectural design as well as eliminating any conflicts with design changes

Mohammed Abdullah
Partner
Mohammed is an architecture engineer who has been working as an architect for over 15 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering. He holds a keen interest in designing and utilizing the latest technology in developing buildings. He has collaborated with many IT companies to introduce the smart building technology into the new buildings that he has handles. He is well informed in the fields of feasibility studies, design and construction processes and can easily manage and alternate between fields. He has worked on offices, residential, commercial and mix use buildings
S.Sulaiman Esmaeili
Partner
Sulaiman is a professional, creative and innovative architect with a design experience of over 15 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a master’s degree in Real Estate and Certified Prince2 Practitioner for project management. He has designed commercial, multifamily, mix use and residential projects
