Z- Compound
In this project, MASS Architects were commissioned to design a series of low cost townhouses for rental in the Al-Sadeeq area while at the same time maximizing space usage and also espousing the elegance of modern architecture. Spanning a total area of 4,000 square meters, the plot was divided into ten villas, each of which contain two townhouses measuring 200 square meters. Each townhouse boasts private parking and four bedrooms. There is also enjoy a hanging garden area in the first floor, thereby allowing the tenants to enjoy some greenery amidst the suburban surroundings. The façade of these villas are unique, in that the engraved pattern illuminates at night to imbue a pleasant, homely feel to these modern villas.
